Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are only accepted under the following circumstances:

The item received is defective

The item received does not match the order placed (incorrect size, color, or style)
Any return or exchange request must be submitted within 3 days (H+3) after the package has been received.
Return & Exchange Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

A complete Unboxing Video (continuous, unedited, and uncut) must be provided.

The item has not been worn, washed, or used.

All original hang tags remain attached.

The item is in its original condition, free from damage, stains, odors, or alterations.
Return Process
Once your request has been reviewed and approved:

ZI&GLO will cover the return shipping costs.

The returned item will be inspected upon arrival.

A replacement item will be shipped within 3 business days after the returned product has been received and verified.
Please note that returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, personal preference, or ordering mistakes cannot be accepted.
All purchases remain the responsibility of the buyer.
